Withdraw contract
Use this form to submit a statutory withdrawal. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may already have expired once the download has begun. Submitting the form records your declaration; it does not by itself confirm that a refund is due.

Withdrawal information
For consumer contracts for digital content, a statutory withdrawal period may apply depending on the law governing your order. For EU/EEA orders and comparable UK cases, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
Immediate digital download
If you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right, the right ends when downloading of the film begins. If the download has not yet begun, the right does not end merely because a download link has been made available.
After you submit
We immediately record your declaration and send an electronic confirmation of receipt. This receipt confirmation does not itself confirm that the statutory withdrawal right still exists or that a refund is due.

Für Verbraucherverträge über digitale Inhalte kann abhängig vom auf die Bestellung anwendbaren Recht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht bestehen. Für EU-/EWR-Bestellungen und vergleichbare Fälle im Vereinigten Königreich beträgt die Frist grundsätzlich 14 Tage ab Vertragsschluss.

Wenn Sie der sofortigen Vertragserfüllung ausdrücklich zustimmen und den Verlust des Widerrufsrechts bestätigen, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn des Herunterladens des Films. Solange der Download noch nicht begonnen hat, erlischt es nicht allein dadurch, dass ein Download-Link bereitsteht.
Nach der Übermittlung
Wir erfassen Ihre Erklärung sofort und senden Ihnen eine elektronische Eingangsbestätigung. Diese Eingangsbestätigung bestätigt nicht, dass das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht im konkreten Fall noch besteht oder dass eine Erstattung geschuldet ist.

Téléchargement numérique immédiat
Si vous consentez expressément à l’exécution immédiate et reconnaissez la perte du droit de rétractation, ce droit prend fin lorsque le téléchargement du film commence. Tant que le téléchargement n’a pas commencé, le simple fait qu’un lien de téléchargement soit disponible ne suffit pas à éteindre ce droit.
Après l’envoi
Nous enregistrons immédiatement votre déclaration et vous envoyons une confirmation électronique de réception. Cette confirmation de réception ne signifie pas à elle seule que le droit légal de rétractation existe encore ni qu’un remboursement est dû.
